Food is very good Staff are very nice some time one or two staff bit harsh not gentle specially when they moving me from chair to bed

The 3 people involved were so kind , helpful and understanding they really made my day I wish everyone was as friendly and caring they really listened to my problems and put me at ease. Gave me some advice about my problems which will enable me to keep going.

As far as my appointment went you could have done no more but sad to say it seems a one off. I attended there quite a while before [name removed] and they made me some inserts for my shoes I meant to ask if I could get some more as when you just buy them in shops they are not made like these I have one pair left and would like a couple more as they are cushioned and shaped to my foot. They did give me a book which from Cosy feet but I ordered things from them before which aren't of any help to my problems. And as my getting about is restricted due to Arthritis in knees and Ankles I can manage St. Marks as I go there to the lower limb clinic and it's convenient to travel to. Would welcome your advice. Phyiso therapist was polite and understanding. Listened to my concerns and of my Phyiso therapy. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.

No, the whole team is doing great work in their own fields.
